Return and Refund Policy

At Burford Frames, every frame we create is custom-made to your specifications. Because each piece is handcrafted and built to order, all sales are final once the design has been approved and production has begun.
Custom Orders – No Returns or Refunds
All of our framing services are fully customized, including the selection of frame molding, matting, glass, and layout. As such, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for:
Once you approve your framing design and payment is processed, we begin ordering materials and crafting your project. At that point, changes or cancellations are not possible.
Damaged or Defective Items
We inspect every piece before it leaves our shop to ensure the highest quality. If you receive your order and notice damage caused during transport or a defect in materials or workmanship, please contact us within 5 business days of receiving the item.
